Withdrawal within 14 days

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period expires 14 days after the day you, or a person you nominate (other than the carrier), take possession of the watch.

How to withdraw

The quickest way is the Withdraw from contract here link, found in the Support menu and at the foot of every page of the shop. Enter your order number and email and press Confirm withdrawal. We send an automatic confirmation, with the date and time, to your email.

You may also send a clear statement by email to [PLACEHOLDER: contact email] or by post to [PLACEHOLDER: registered business name], [PLACEHOLDER: street and number], [PLACEHOLDER: postcode] Warszawa, Poland. You may use the model form below, but it is not required. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your statement before the 14 days end.

Returning the watch

1. Send the watch back to [PLACEHOLDER: street and number], [PLACEHOLDER: postcode] Warszawa, Poland without undue delay, and at the latest within 14 days of withdrawing. [PLACEHOLDER: confirm the return address.]
2. You pay the direct cost of returning the watch. [PLACEHOLDER: or state that you cover it.]
3. You are liable for any reduction in the watch's value caused by handling it beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Please try it on as you would in a shop, and keep the protective films and packaging.

Refund

1. We refund all payments received from you, including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery we offer, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your statement.
2. We use the same payment method you used, unless you agree otherwise; you pay no fees for the refund.
3. We may withhold the refund until we receive the watch back or you provide evidence of having sent it, whichever comes first.

Complaints (lack of conformity)

1. We are liable for lack of conformity of the watch with the contract that exists at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within two years.
2. If the watch is not in conformity, you may ask us to repair or replace it. If repair or replacement is impossible, would cost us disproportionately, or we refuse or fail to do it within a reasonable time, you may ask for a price reduction or, unless the lack of conformity is minor, withdraw from the contract.
3. Send your complaint to [PLACEHOLDER: contact email] with your order number, a description of the problem and, if possible, photographs. We reply within 14 days. If we don't, the complaint is treated as accepted.
4. If we ask you to send the watch, we cover the cost.
